If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
VRISA will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail us your product within 3 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be with all VRISA tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
Vrisa comply with highest quality standards and superior level care in deliveries. In the rare instances, to be eligible for a return, please note below the exchange policy.
Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:
• Apparels are eligible for size related issues, within 3 days of deliver, if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used and not washed.
• Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
VRISA is a designer brand and works on a ‘made to order’ model. Once an order goes into production cancellation and refund is not possible. From the textile weaving to the final stitch in a garment, our production is labor and hand intensive; which means that orders already underway cannot be cancelled or refunded. All these processes are slow and labor intensive; and human errors associated with them cannot be avoided many a time.

• In case of garments size exchange, please mention date of transaction, purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement, delivery address and image of the package it was received in.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 24 hours. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:
In case of quality issue/defect and size exchange of garments :-
• Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags.
• We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice.
• Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
• In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a credit note will be issued for the full amount including shipping charges.
• Our credit notes can be used on our website and in stores.
• We offer size exchange only for the same style of clothing purchased.
• We are unable to entertain requests to replace garments with a different style even if the price is the same.
• Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable for purchases made during a sale/discount period or on customized orders.
• If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
• In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
• The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and at any of our stores pan India.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:
• Products purchased on discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.
• No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
• Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
• In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.

Disclaimer: VRISA reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
